A central focus of Black Pearl is helping people around the world feel safe and protect their futures through interventions in the areas of human health, sustainable agriculture, small business development, emergency management, and a range of program and project support.
Our diverse staff of consultants has decades of experience working in the field with indigenous communities, the extremely poor, refugees and victims of disaster and conflict in both the US and around the world. Collectively we have also worked with national governments throughout North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, as well as bilateral donors, multilateral donors such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank, and several United Nations Organizations, such as UNOPS and FAO.
Black Pearl is a boutique international development consulting firm. Our philosophy is driven by our origins. We believe that smaller, tailored approaches to international development, program and project management, and emergency response can bring superior results to our customers and the people they serve.
